What Reaches The Right Desk Faster Elsewhere
Anything about an order you have already placed. That includes tracking, address changes, refunds and returns. Those live with the checkout that took the order, because that is where your order number is. Reply to your order confirmation email and you will be answered faster than we could forward it.
What We Cannot Do
We cannot give medical advice, tell you whether GlycoAid is safe alongside your prescription, or suggest a dose other than the one on the label. Those are questions for a doctor or pharmacist who can see your records.
Response Time
Two working days is the normal answer. Messages that arrive over a weekend go out on Monday and Tuesday. If four working days pass with nothing, the reply is almost certainly sitting in a spam folder, so check there before writing again.
Writing A Message That Gets A Useful Answer
Most questions are answered faster when they arrive with a little context. The three things that help most are which part of the product you are asking about, whether you have already started taking it, and roughly how long for.
- About an ingredient: name it. Every one of the fourteen has a page on this site and the reply will usually point you at it along with the answer.
- About the routine: say what meal you are taking it with. Nearly every first-week problem is a food problem, covered on the dosage page.
- About results: say which week you are in. The answer for week one is a very different answer from the one for week six, and this piece covers the first of those.
- About the guarantee: say whether you have already ordered. If you have, the checkout that took the order is the faster route.
Corrections
If something published here is wrong, say which page and what is wrong with it. Product facts are checked against the label and the official product page, and anything that turns out to be inaccurate is fixed rather than argued about. There is no newsletter, no mailing list and no follow-up sequence. Your address is used to answer your message and nothing else, which is set out in full in the privacy policy.
